Whether it's help with your school play, bringing books to life in your literacy hour, or using drama to support other areas of the curriculum, we can offer tailor-made training for teachers in your school or at Theatre Antidote. Led by Antidote's experienced and inspirational Education team, sessions can last for a day, half day or evening if you prefer.

Once a term, Antidote's experienced team leads an interactive and inspiring workshop for teachers at Theatre Antidote. Teachers will have the opportunity to discover an inspiring range of drama exercises and resources. The theme changes each term to cover topics as varied as:
As well as exploring useful games, techniques and exercises, teachers will leave the session with lots of free resources and discounted theatre tickets for their family too! €120 per teacher. Includes refreshments from Theatre Antidote's canteen.
Over the years Antidote has also worked with Arts-related organizations such as the British Council to create all day workshops for staff away days that promote unity, team spirit and co-operation within the workforce.

Theatre Antidote can offer your school a variety of fantastic workshops that will foster the creativity in your class. The experienced team of workshop leaders deliver a variety of show-related, workshops in all forms of theatre. Workshops can incorporate drama, music, movement and craft. Antidote’s Education Team travels to schools all over Cyprus to facilitate these workshops. Workshops generally last for one/two hours but can be tailor made to suit each school.

These production-based resource packs include everything you need to create fantastic follow-up activities for your class. They contain background information about the production themes, ideas for classroom activities and discussions.

During a work experience placement, a student will assist in various different departments of the theatre in order to get an overall view of how a theatre works. Places available for school work-placements, GCE students, A/AS Level, Undergraduate and Postgraduate students.
