Workshops for children and Young people

Would you like to be a part of Antidote kids� theatre or youth theatre? It offers young people aged 4-21yrs an opportunity to develop a variety of drama and performance skills within a positive and creative environment. There is also the chance to participate in the biggest international youth theatre festival in the world run by the Royal National Theatre, London.

Workshops and Training Programmes

Antidote offers a full range of community programmes, in and out of school hours. Working in partnership with schools and community groups, we devise and deliver specialist drama and cross-arts programmes.

We run weekly theatre workshops for children and teenagers during school term-times. These give young people an opportunity to develop a variety of drama and performance skills, within a positive and creative environment. Details below.

Antidote also offers

Theatre Antidote can offer your school a variety of fantastic workshops that will foster the creativity in your class. The experienced team of workshop leaders deliver a variety of show-related, workshops in all forms of theatre. Workshops can incorporate drama, music, movement and craft. Antidote’s Education Team travels to schools all over Cyprus to facilitate these workshops. Workshops generally last for one/two hours but can be tailor made to suit each school.

Work Experience for Students

During a work experience placement, a student will assist in various different departments of the theatre in order to get an overall view of how a theatre works. Places available for school work-placements, GCE students, A/AS Level, Undergraduate and Postgraduate students.
